WB Games Montréal, a division of Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment (WBIE), is looking for an Executive Producer.

Your New Role…

As an Executive Producer, you will lead the development of a high-quality AAA game based on one of the iconic IPs from the vast Warner Bros. and DC Comics catalog. You will oversee the entire production lifecycle—from concept to launch and beyond—ensuring the game meets the highest standards of quality, innovation, and player engagement. You will work closely with the Creative Director and studio leadership to align creative vision with production realities, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure the project delivers on time, on budget, and to critical and commercial success.

Your Role Accountabilities...

Vision and Strategy:

• Partner with the Creative Director to define and promote the strategic vision of the game.

• Align the game’s direction with studio goals and the broader WB Games portfolio.

• Represent the game to internal and external stakeholders, including publishing,

• marketing, and executive leadership.

• Foster innovation and excellence in AAA game development.

Production Oversight:

• Oversee all phases of development, from concept to post-launch live operations.

• Collaborate with production teams to build and maintain development schedules and milestone roadmaps.

• Manage the production budget in collaboration with Finance, ensuring high ROI.

• Ensure robust QA and live operations processes are in place to support a high-quality player experience.

Team Leadership:

• Lead and mentor a team of directors, producers, and senior staff across disciplines.

• Build and maintain a healthy, motivated, and high-performing team.

• Manage external development partners and vendors to supplement internal capabilities.

• Support staffing plans, recruitment, and organizational development.

Execution and Market Readiness:

• Drive pre-launch activities including marketing, community engagement, and beta testing.

• Oversee post-launch content and live service strategy, ensuring ongoing player engagement.

• Stay informed on industry trends and player expectations to keep the game competitive and relevant.

Qualifications & Experience…

• Proven experience as an Executive Producer or Director of Production on at least one shipped AAA title.

• 12+ years of experience in game development, including 5+ years in a senior production leadership role.

• Deep understanding of the full game development lifecycle, including live services.

• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage large, cross-functional teams.

• Experience managing budgets, schedules, and external development partners.

• Strong project management skills and familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Passion for gaming and a deep appreciation for the WB and DC Comics universes.

• Fluent in English to partner with our publishing branch. Bilingualism French/English is a strongly desired asset to ensure local cultural fit and internal communications coverage.
